Workouts
Always more fun to train with a group! We will run rain or shine, but not if it's very inclement weather. Swim and bike workouts will be cancelled if deemed unsafe. Email Moira at moira@staystrongmultisport.com for more information.

All group runs will incorporate running drills and skills that are part of the Newton Natural Running program, great techniques and tips to make your running easier, more efficient and injury free!
Tuesdays, 6 to 7:00 PM: Group run, Belmar. All paces welcome. Meet at Bar Anticipation on 16th Avenue and Main Street in Belmar. Access to bathroom facilities and a place to leave stuff. We will start our run together for warm up (about 5 minutes) then run at our own pace for up to 30 minutes out on the boardwalk and then turn around and run back, cool down together for last 5 minutes, total run up to an hour.
Thursdays, 6:00 to 7:00 PM: Group run, Long Branch. All paces welcome. Meet at Sneaker Factory, Pier Village on the ocean in Long Branch. Access to bathroom facilities and a place to leave stuff. We will start our run together for warm up (about 5 minutes) then run at our own pace for up to 30 minutes out on the boardwalk and then turn around and run back, cool down together for last 5 minutes, total run up to an hour.
Saturdays or Sundays, 8 AM: Long training runs for group training clients. Contact me for details.
There are no open water swims planned in the ocean at this point. Stay tuned for updates, though.
